Every year, many international students from Egypt come to join different courses in Ukraine at higher educational institutions.
From Egypt, international students study at all faculties, and they join every year, as they know the quality of education in Ukraine and its affordability.
Many foreign students come to join general medicine programs at state-owned medical universities, as the degrees earned from Ukrainian medical universities are accepted worldwide.
At engineering universities in Ukraine, many Egyptian international students have been studying, and just like that, at business universities too.
International Egyptian students are the best at all degree programs during their studies, and that is the reason why Ukraine always welcomes international students from Egypt at all universities through the Ministry of Education, Ukraine.
The national language of Egypt is Arabic, so most Egyptian international students in their first year join a preparatory faculty for the Ukrainian language with science or arts subjects, and upon completion of their preparatory programs, they join their desired degree programs.
Some Egyptian international students are very good at English, so they do not join the preparatory faculty, and upon arrival they directly join their desired degree programs in English, as in Ukraine, almost all prominent courses are taught in English as the medium of instruction without learning the Ukrainian language at a language faculty.
ADMISSION RULES FOR EGYPTIAN STUDENTS IN UKRAINE
All Egyptian international students who have completed their secondary school in Egypt are eligible to apply for admission to Ukrainian universities.
We require their secondary school certificate copies with international travel passport copies scanned in the email of the admissions office for assessing their eligibility.
Once the admissions office receives the documents by scan, they assess their documents to check whether they are eligible for studying in Ukraine or not.
This whole assessment process takes 1-2 days, and upon completion of the assessment process, an email is sent to all international applicants about their eligibility.
Those who are found eligible send their admission fee and scan the fee receipt to the admissions office.
Once the admissions staff receives the fee receipt for the admission fee, the documents of the eligible international applicants are forwarded to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, and this processing at the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, takes 2 weeks.
Once an official study invitation is issued, it is couriered to the applicant to obtain a visa for studying in Ukraine.
Ineligible applicants are asked to scan more supportive documents to complete their admission process.

UKRAINE STUDENTS VISA PROCESS FOR EGYPTIANS
Once a foreign student receives the original study invitation issued by the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, he/she prepares supportive documents for the student visa application.
The Ukrainian embassy is situated in the city of Cairo in Egypt, but now, Egyptian international students obtain their visas for studying in Ukraine at the Ukraine visa center VFS GLOBAL and may find the address by clicking the link below.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EGYPTIAN STUDENTS FOR VISA
1: Official study invitation by the Ministry of Education, Ukraine
2: Valid travel passport
3: Educational Certificates
4: Duly filled Ukraine student visa application form

All documents are submitted at VFS GLOBAL, and within 2 weeks the passports are given back with visas.
After receiving a student visa for Ukraine, they scan us their visa copy with the return air ticket, as our staff members need to prepare the reception documents for immigration.
Once the international student is received safely at the Ukrainian airport by our staff members, we arrange the accommodation and lectures at the university and hostel.

2: What to do next once I have received admission instructions?
You have to scan your educational documents with a passport copy in the email of admissions staff for admission evaluation. We never recommend you send your original documents by courier services from Egypt.
All original documents you will bring with you on arrival.
3: What qualifications are required for higher education in Ukraine by Egyptian international applicants?
For undergraduate courses in Ukraine, you should scan your secondary school certificate copy with a passport copy.
For a master’s in Ukraine, you will scan your bachelor’s degree copy with other documents.
If you want to study for a PhD, then you are required to hold a master’s degree with you.
4: What happens once I send my documents by scan to the admissions office in Ukraine?
The admissions staff assesses your admission eligibility after receiving your documents within 2 days.
Once the admission assessment is completed, the admissions office informs you by email about your eligibility.
5: If I have received an email and found eligible, then what next?
If you have been found eligible for higher education at a Ukrainian university, you will send the admission fee, and your documents are sent to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine.
The Ministry of Education, Ukraine, issues an official study invitation within 2 weeks, and once issued, the admissions office sends the original study invitation to you by courier service, as you require the original study invitation in Egypt for your Ukrainian student visa processing.
6: Where will I obtain my Ukraine student visa as an Egyptian international student?
Egyptian international students who have already received the original study invitation are required to manage the rest of the required documents for the Ukraine student visa file.
Once you have completed your visa file, you will submit this student visa file at VFS (the Ukraine visa center) and wait 2 weeks for your Ukraine study visa.
Upon receiving your Ukraine study visa, you will scan the visa and ticket copy to the admissions office, as the admissions office needs to receive you at Ukrainian International Airport.
