DEGREE LEVELS FOR ARCHAEOLOGY AT NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES
1:Undergraduate degree in archaeology
Foreign students join undergraduate degrees in Ukraine for studying archaeology once they have secondary school certificate.
An undergraduate degree in archaeology consists of 4 Years at national universities.
2:Masters in archaeology
A masters degree in archaeology is taught for those foreign and national students who already have an undergraduate degree with them.
Archaeology masters degree consists of 2 Years.
ADMISSION PROCESS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS IN UKRAINE AT ARCHAEOLOGY FACULTIES
As already mentioned foreign students may apply for admission in Ukraine for an undergraduate degree after secondary school.
For example Nigerian students who have passed their secondary school in Nigeria or abroad are eligible to apply for admission at archaeology faculties.
Nigerian students who already have an undergraduate degree may apply for admission in Ukraine for their masters program.
Ghanaian students are also eligible for admission at archaeology faculties in Ukraine once these Ghanaian students have passed their secondary school in Ghana or abroad.
For masters courses in archaeology these Ghanaian students must present their bachelor degree too for admission.
Cameroonian students also require the same qualifications for admission at archaeology faculties.
Zambian students may also apply for archaeology degree programs in Ukraine with same admission requirements as for Nigerian and Ghanaian applicants.
Admission for international students are issued by Ministry of Education,Ukraine.
UKRAINE STUDENT VISA FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
Once admitted and foreign student has received his/her official study invitation letter by Ministry of Education,Ukraine complete the visa file and submit at Ukraine visa center in his/her country.
Within 2 weeks Ukraine study visa is issued and applicant scan his/her visa copy with return air ticket to admission staff as they require to process his/her reception documents for immigration at international airport in Ukraine.
