1: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN GENETICS

A bachelor’s degree in Ukraine in genetics is offered for 4 years after a 10-month preparatory course, as genetics is offered in Ukrainian as the medium of instruction in Ukraine at national universities.

The whole bachelor’s degree in genetics consists of 4 years and 10 months.

2: MASTERS IN GENETICS

A master’s degree in genetics is offered for 2 years at national universities in different cities in Ukraine.

Foreign students who have already completed their bachelor’s degree in genetics in Ukraine do not need to study a preparatory course if they want to study for a master’s degree.

If an international student has passed a bachelor’s degree abroad, they will study in their first year at a preparatory faculty and then study for a master’s degree in genetics at one of the national universities in Ukraine.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR STUDYING GENETICS IN UKRAINE

International students who want to study genetics for an undergraduate degree in Ukraine should have a secondary school certificate.

Indian and Pakistani international students should have passed their 12-year intermediate course in order to apply for admission in Ukraine to an undergraduate faculty.

Nigerian international students who have passed their secondary school may qualify for admission to genetics faculties in Ukraine for a bachelor’s degree.

For a master’s degree in genetics, Nigerian international students should present a bachelor’s degree at the time of admission.

Ghanaian international students also submit their secondary school certificate copy for an undergraduate admission in genetics.

For a master’s degree, Ghanaian international students should have with them a bachelor’s degree.

Cameroonian international students also require the same qualifications as Nigerian and Ghanaian international students for admission to genetics faculties.

Zambian international students love to study genetics at bachelor’s and master’s degree levels.

Zambian international students also have the same admission qualifications as other African international students.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR STUDYING GENETICS IN UKRAINE

International students scan their educational documents with an international passport copy for assessment, and once received by the admission office, this assessment process is completed within 2 days.

After the assessment, each international applicant is informed by an email about assessment results.

Eligible international students transfer their admission fee and wait for two weeks.

The admission staff sends the admission documents to the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, and within 2 weeks, an official study invitation is issued.

Once issued, the official admission letter is sent to the international student through a courier service.
